No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from MUTINY™. We stand behind our products 100%, so if a product is defective, we will offer a replacement upon return and assessment. We ask that you reach out to us before returning a suspected defective item as we have found in most cases the cause was user error and not the equipment.
If requesting a no-fault return (product is fine and unused) we reserve the right to accept the return or not accept it. In this situation, a re-stocking fee of 10-25% may apply as we may have to rebuild, re-test or sell the item as B-stock.
