SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our Terms of service https://mutiny.store/pages/terms-privacy

Please review this Shipping Policy in it’s entirety when purchasing from us. This policy applies to all the countries we ship to.

NOTE: Our cut off time for overnight, 2nd day & 3rd day shipping is 1pm Eastern / 12pm Central and 10am Pacific.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer UPS for the USA as our main shipping provider.

For the rest of the world we offer UPS and DHL.  

Times and dates given for delivery are dood faith estimates provided to us by the carriers we use.  There is no way for us to control delivery times.  This does not affect your statutory rights in the EU, UK or other countries. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS and DHL and shipments may be subject to various rules and restrictions. You may be subject to additional taxes, duties or tariffs in-which we have no control. In such cases, you are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes except if you are military or have an APO / FPO. 

Purchaser will be given several choices of shipping methods at time of checkout.

We cannot change shipping methods or timeframes after the shipments have been picked up from our carriers. 

All taxes, tariffs or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no way to know what those costs if any, are in advance of your receipt of said shipment.  

ORDER DELAYS

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as we are notified. Many times the carriers do not tell us if there is a delay.

For EU, UK and international customers this does not affect your statutory rights. 

CUSTOMER SHIPPING ACCOUNTS

If you prefer to use you own shipping account, please email us at info@mutiny.store with your order number for package information (DIM and weight).  We ask that you generate a shipping label and email it to us once the info has been relayed.
