Our RED Approved RAPTOR IO is a lightweight (only 11.1oz) port expander and power solution for the RED V-RAPTOR FF, RAPTOR X and S35 RAPTOR. We have listened to hundreds of u feedback and have spent a good portion of 2022 working on this product to make sure it exceeds the expectations of the most demanding RAPTOR owners.
This IO Power solution works with the Bright Tangerine top plate and cage, the 8Sinn top plate, and many others. NOTE: Not compatible with the Red Tactical Top Plate and battery adapter.
RAPTOR IO features:
User-interchangeable Core Gold and V-mount battery plates with d-taps
2x Fischer 3 pin R/S connectors with unregulated power output (11-17V max)
2x Lemo type 2 pin 0B power connectors with reverse back-feed power protection These connectors are unregulated power output (11-17V max)
5 pin 0B timecode connector
BNC genlock port
4 pin 00B CTRL port
9-pin 0B EXT passthrough connector for SmallHD or use of 9-pin breakout devices and triggers
Resettable onboard digital fuse system with a 6A trip and LED indicator. Tripping the fuse will not brown out the camera. 6A is for the 2 pin power and 3 pin Fischer power ports. The camera and 2x D-taps do not factor into this amperage draw.
Anti battery drain switch (C ON is camera on, AD ON is anti-drain on). This allows you to keep your camera fully built with a battery without draining the battery. Cuts all power to the camera and accessories.
6 pin 1B DC power input
Custom keyed right angle 9p 0B EXT to the camera for a clean low profile connection.
Weighs only 11.1oz so it’s very light.
SMBUS battery data passthrough on V-mount. Like all other Gold mount solutions SMBUS is not available on Gold mount.
NOTE: Not compatible with the Red Tactical Top Plate and battery adapter.
